Welcome to the office of the lawyers
Dr. Cornelia Sprung and MMag. Christian Mertens
Our office, based in Inns­bruck, was es­tab­lished in 1998 by Cornelia Sprung and Christian Mertens, and to­day counts among Western Austria's re­nowned law­yers' offices. We see our­selves as a modern law­yers' office with a main focus on civil and com­mercial law. In addition to that, we are of course also competent in all general ad­visory activi­ties and fields of law.


Our principles
Besides utmost dis­cretion towards our clients, a re­lation­ship of mutual trust, which we con­sider the basis of a success­ful co-operation, counts among our guiding prin­ciples and has become a matter of course for us.

Our ad­visory phi­lo­sophy essen­tially lies in quali­fied legal ad­vice and on­going sup­port of our clients. Thanks to the spe­ciali­sation of the part­ners the law­yers’ office guaran­tees swift and efficient so­lutions by bringing the part­ners’ in­di­vi­dual special know­ledge to­gether, as well as by seeking assis­tance from ex­ternal spe­cialists where necessary.

Our office has access to all re­levant data­bases such as the Austrian com­pany re­gister, the Austrian land re­gister and the col­lection of supreme court rulings, as well an ex­tensive lib­rary. The office's struc­ture and re­sources allow for swift and ef­ficient action con­cerning ad­visory ser­vices as well as asser­tion of claims through legal action.
